Bachelor in International Hotel Management

With the Bachelor in International Hotel Management, you are qualified to hold operational management positions in the international hotel and tourism industries.
During these 3 years of schooling, Vatel students:

  • Acquire professional, legal, economic and fundamental linguistic knowledge for their field.
  • Learn managerial techniques and team-leading skills.
  • During their practical application weeks, older students manage younger ones: they all work together in real management conditions.

MBA in International Hotel Management

Students will acquire the basics in hotel management and professional culture then they will focus on analytical methods and decision-making as managers.

In the second year students will focus on studying key strategic rules and applying them in international companies from all fields leading students to define concrete examples of management in the tourism and hospitality management fields.

Moreover to get used to the recruitment process, students who will soon graduate look for their own internships in Mauritius or abroad, in line with their professional objectives.
This last internship, which must be validated by the school and which lasts for six months, aims to have students practice highly strategic managerial functions.
These are usually paid internships
